What is your return policy?
We’re confident in the quality of our designer goods (hopefully you love them as well!), but if for some reason you don’t find them to your liking, you can send them back to us for a full refund. Returns are only entertained under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours (inclusive of weekends) of receiving the item(s).
- The security tag must remain intact and the item(s) in good condition
- We receive the item(s) within 48 hours (inclusive of weekends)
- Item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were purchased with all “extras” included (lock, box, dustbag, etc.). To ensure this, we request that you take good care in packing and protecting the item you’re returning.
- The customer must shoulder all shipping charges for both delivery and return.
If you find that you aren’t eligible for a return, the item(s) may still be considered for our BuyBack Program (if it fits our requirements).
A note for buyers:
We advise all our buyers to carefully read our products’ descriptions, take a good look at our photos, and note the size. We do our very best in describing our items and taking good photos to ensure that what you see is what you get. Do note that some of our bags have been pre-owned.
If the product you received doesn’t fit our description and decide that a return is the best choice, please send the item(s) back to us with a tracking number. This ensures that you know we have received it.
How do you guarantee the authenticity of your items?
In Purse Maison, there’s nothing more we value more than trust. For most consumers, buying luxury items online requires a great deal of research and scrutiny. Trust us, we know how the reselling and consignment industry is riddled with shady sellers of fake luxury goods. Therefore, it is integral that our team is highly skilled in authentication.
All our items are meticulously checked by a team of expert authenticators before they are posted on our website. Our team has years of experience detecting fakes.
When our team authenticates, every inch of the item is rigorously checked to make sure that it meets the manufacturer’s established standards of quality. This includes meticulously checking the stamping, hardware, stitching, date codes, authenticity stamps, craftsmanship, materials, and serial number.
The Purse Maison promise: All our items are authentic or we’ll give you 100% of your money back. We’re consumers just like you; your trust is important to us.
How can I avail your layaway or installment plan?
Purse Maison aims to make luxury items accessible to everyone. Our layaway plan allows you to reserve the item(s) of your choice through 6 or 12-month installments. Here’s how:
- Shop on our website
Add the item to your cart and proceed to check out. Use our discount code LAYAWAY at checkout.
- Make a 20% deposit
We will contact you shortly on how to pay the 20% deposit. Please note that we accept bank deposits and post-dated checks only.
- Receive your items
Your purchase will be shipped automatically once your final payment has been made. NOTE: For post-dated checks, the item will be shipped once three (3) checks have been cleared (subject to approval).
Layaway Terms and Conditions
A receipt is sent for every payment you make and a record of all your payments is always available. While we advise our customers to take note of how much they’ve paid, please contact us if you can’t remember exactly how much you owe.
If you decide not to push through with the layaway, you have five (5) days (inclusive of weekends) after your first 20% deposit to notify us and receive a full refund. After the five (5) days are over, deposits and payments are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please review the bag description and photos carefully before making your layaway purchase.
No additional discounts can be applied to a layaway item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on layaway orders.
Please take good care in reviewing the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.
All layaways must be paid within six (6) months or twelve (12) months (depending on the agreement and items). Any layaways not paid in full upon the expiration of the months agreed upon will result in a cancellation of the order and the loss of your deposits.
How do I consign items to Purse Maison?
Looking to give your luxury item a second home? There’s no better place than Purse Maison. We can help you sell your item fast with ZERO fees. Once you send your item(s) over to us, we’ll take care of everything.
Consigning to Purse Maison is easy. Here’s how:
- Send us detailed photos of the items you wish to consign along with a complete description of the product and its current quality. Describe the product’s brand, condition, inclusions (e.g. box, paper bag, copy of receipt), and flaws (if any). You can send these over via email (info@pursemaison.com) or Instagram (@pursemaison).
- Our highly-skilled team of authenticators will then evaluate the authenticity and condition of your item(s). Any items deemed fake or too poor in quality/worn out will be declined.
- A member of the Purse Maison team will negotiate and discuss the price of the item with you. Please note that Purse Maison will add a minimal mark up (usually around 10%) on top of your selling price.
- We can schedule a pickup of your product or you can personally bring it to our showroom. Please note that we don’t cut corners in authentication and further verification of authenticity will be made once the actual item has been picked up.
- Once your item gets sold (yay!), Purse Maison will pay you through direct deposit, store credit, or check.
- Changed your mind about selling your item(s)? That’s okay. You can pull out your item(s) at any time without any fees!
What is Direct Buy and how is it different from consignment?
Consignment means you’re tasking us with the job of selling your item(s) for you while Direct Buy means Purse Maison will purchase the item from you directly.
Through Direct Buy, you can skip the wait for someone else to buy your item(s) and sell them directly to us. Direct Buy is better than consignment if you’re looking for instant cash! We offer some of the most competitive and realistic prices in the industry (brand exclusions apply).
Here are the brands we buy:
- Louis Vuitton bags and small leather goods
- Chanel (bags only)
- Hermes (bags only)
How it works:
- Send us detailed photos of the items you wish to sell us along with a complete description of the product and its current quality. Describe the product’s brand, condition, inclusions (e.g. box, paper bag, copy of receipt), and flaws (if any). You can send these over via email (info@pursemaison.com) or Instagram (@pursemaison).
- Our highly-skilled team of authenticators will then evaluate the authenticity and condition of your item(s). Any items deemed fake or too poor in quality/worn out will be declined.
- Once approved, we will send you a price quote via email or direct message through Instagram or Facebook.
- We will schedule a pickup of your item. We don’t cut corners in authentication and further verification of authenticity will be made once the actual item has been picked up.
- After we receive and authenticate your items, your payment will be sent on the next business day through direct deposit, store credit, or check.
All brands not eligible for Direct Buy may be consigned to us instead. Click here for details on how to consign with us.
What is the Buy-back Program?
Looking to let go of an item you purchased from us? We can buy it back for 80% of the item's purchase price if you notify us within 60 days of purchase.
Our 80% Buy-back Program applies to all items purchased from Purse Maison with the following exceptions:
- Items that suffered excessive wear or damage after purchase from us
- Items from companies or sellers other than us
- Shoes & Sunglasses
- Items originally sold for under Php 20,000
- Items must pass inspection upon return to ensure that it remains in the same condition as when it was purchased.
How do I submit my item(s) to the Buy-back Program?
Send us your request through email (info@pursemaison.com), Viber, Facebook (fb.com/pursemaison) or Instagram (@pursemaison). Please include complete details (e.g. name, the brand, and type of the item you purchased, date of purchase, and your reason for selling the item back to us). Please note that all items must pass our quality inspection before being eligible for purchase.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as we haven’t shipped your item(s) out. Please contact us as soon as possible the moment you change your mind. A representative will get back to you with one (1) business day to inform you that your item(s) have already been shipped.
We do not allow the return or cancellation of preordered and layaway items. We only allow returns and refunds for on-hand and cash transactions.
