Exceptional customer service and the best selection of luxury bags Iโve ever seen in one spot! You can make a reservation but I was able to walk in without one. The quality of the bags is excellent and I would say the pricing is very fair. I appreciated the help from the sales associate Chanel who was friendly and attentive. With purchase of luxury bags youโre supposed to experience luxuryโฆnone of that ever happened. We had to reach out to the store repeatedly to buy over a million worth of bags. The owners did not show any interest. The money transaction from overseas was poorly handled to the point we didnโt get our merchandise on time over a $14 shortage.
