Consignment Policy

PURSE MAISON CONSIGNMENT POLICY

AUTHENTICATION

A non-refundable authentication fee is required for all consigned items. We conduct double authentication on all items to ensure 100% authenticity and to guarantee that no counterfeit products slip through.

Applicability: This fee applies to all consigned items, including wallets, belts, shoes, and accessories.

- PHP 1,800 (Entrupy) for standard non-premium items and PHP 7500 for Hermes premium items (available by request).
- PHP 1,100 (Legitgrails) applies to footwears and all standard non-premium items with existing Entrupy authentication issued by another sellers, and 1800 for premium items such as Chanel & Hermes.

Payment: This fee is mandatory and non-refundable, payable upfront.

PULL OUT FEE

Applicability: This fee of PHP 2,500 is charged if an item is withdrawn from consignment within 2 months (60 days) from the date of product posting.

Purpose: The fee covers administrative and logistical costs associated with the early removal of items from our consignment process.

CONSIGNMENT DURATION

Items consigned with us will be displayed for a period of 60 days during the consignment agreement.

We reserve the right to extend or reduce the consignment period based on the item's performance and mutual agreement.

PRICING AND SALE

The selling price of consigned items will be determined collaboratively, considering market value and condition.

PAYMENT TO CONSIGNOR

The consignor gives the consignee a lead time of at least 1 to 14 banking days to process and pay for the sold items.

The payment will be the selling price net of any applicable fees, including the authentication fee if it was not added to the selling price.

ITEM CONDITION AND REQUIREMENT

All items must be in good condition, with any defects or damages clearly disclosed at the time of consignment.

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our quality standards or authenticity requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

While we take utmost care in handling consigned items, we are not liable for any loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances such as theft, fire, or natural disasters.

Consignors are advised to ensure their items are adequately insured.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Either party may terminate the consignment agreement with prior notice, adhering to the pull-out fee terms if applicable.

LAYAWAY

We also offer layaway terms. Consignor must be willing to offer their consigned items to layaway as well.

1% interest per month (will be paid to consignor maximum of 4 months). For 1-2 months layaway, payment of the consigned item

will paid be paid in full upon full payment of buyer.

For 1 month layaway term we waive the interest.

By consigning your items with us, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We aim to provide a transparent and efficient consignment experience and appreciate your trust in our services.
