Exceptional customer service and the best selection of luxury bags I’ve ever seen in one spot! You can make a reservation but I was able to walk in without one. The quality of the bags is excellent and I would say the pricing is very fair. I appreciated the help from the sales associate Chanel who was friendly and attentive. I tried to branch out to Loewe and Celine but then landed with my favorite brand YSL again. I’m happy to head back home to the United States with this beautiful new bag in hand. ❤️

With purchase of luxury bags you’re supposed to experience luxury…none of that ever happened. We had to reach out to the store repeatedly to buy over a million worth of bags. The owners did not show any interest. The money transaction from overseas was poorly handled to the point we didn’t get our merchandise on time over a $14 shortage.
