Consignment Form

This agreement is being made between Purse Maison [consignee] and [consignor] Stated full name in the form.

WHEREAS, the Consignor own certain products, described in SECTION 1 below ( the “Products”)

WHEREAS, the Consignor wishes to sell the Products on a given period which may be 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or in any other period as may be agreed upon by the parties;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises and covenant contained in this Agreement, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

(1) That the Consignor shall shoulder shipping fees (if necessary) including shipping fees in the event that the consignor wishes to terminate the consignment agreement.

(2) That the Consignor acknowledges the condition of the Products as are received by the Consignee who shall provide detailed pictures for reference;

(3) That the Consignee shall be allowed by the Consignor to make through inspection of the Products for any signs of counterfeit and any other flaws;

(4) That the Consignee has the right to refuse consignment of any Product she assessed to be counterfeit based on her judgement;

(5) That the Consignor shall return the payment to Consignee if the item is proven to be counterfeit even if already sold;

(6) That the Consignee shall not be liable for any damage/s or ruin caused by force majeure, acts of nature or any other calamity or disaster beyond the control or without any fault of the same.

(7) That the Price of the consigned items may be changed from time to time as may be agreed upon by parties.
