Returns

We’re confident in the quality of our designer goods (hopefully you love them as well!), hence for this reason ALL sales are deemed final. Returns or exchanges will solely be entertained in the instance of missing inclusions & flaws not specified in provided photos. Under these circumstances, we will accommodate a CHANGE OF ITEM only.

Prior to initiating the process, please ensure compliance with the following conditions:

All items offered for sale are preloved or preowned and may show signs of previous use, including but not limited to minor scratches, marks, creases, patina, or other normal signs of wear.
Flaws and missing inclusions that were not included in our detailed photos and listing. We strongly advise all buyers to thoroughly review all photos before making a purchase.
You must notify us within 48 hours (inclusive of weekends) of receiving the item(s).
The security tag must remain intact and the item(s) in good condition
We receive the item(s) within 48 hours (inclusive of weekends)
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were purchased with all “extras” included (lock, box, dustbag, etc.). To ensure this, we request that you take good care in packing and protecting the item you’re returning.
The customer must shoulder all shipping charges for both delivery and return.
If you find that you aren’t eligible for a return, the item(s) may still be considered for our BuyBack Program (if it fits our requirements).
The Consignor and Seller shall not be held liable for any damage or issue arising after the 48-hour period. Since the item purchased is preloved/preowned, the buyer shall likewise not be entitled to any return, exchange, refund, or replacement due to damages or issues that arise after the 48-hour period.
IMPORTANT RETURN NOTICE

NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO RETURN

For the protection of both the customer and Purse Maison, all customers are required to record a continuous and unedited video upon receiving and opening their package.

The video must clearly show the sealed package upon receipt, shipping label, complete unboxing process, item, and all inclusions immediately after opening.

Please do not open the package before starting the video recording.

Any return, refund, damage claim, missing-item claim, wrong-item claim, or dispute without a complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video will be considered invalid and may be automatically denied.
NO VIDEO = NO RETURN

By receiving and opening the package, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this requirement.

A note for buyers:

We advise all our buyers to carefully read our products’ descriptions, take a good look at our photos, and note the size. We do our very best in describing our items and taking good photos to ensure that what you see is what you get. Do note that some of our bags have been pre-owned.

If the product you received doesn’t fit our description and decide that a change of item is the best choice, please send the item(s) back to us with a tracking number. This ensures that you know we have received it.

A full refund will be issued if the product is proven to be fake within 15-day period.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order as long as we haven’t shipped your item(s) out. Please contact us as soon as possible the moment you change your mind. A representative will get back to you with one (1) business day to inform you that your item(s) have already been shipped.

We do not allow the return or cancellation of preordered and layaway items. We only allow returns and refunds for on-hand and cash transactions.

RESERVATION POLICY

1. Deposit Requirement

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an item.

2. Deposit Application

Should you change your mind, the deposit can be applied to another item, provided the request is made within 48 hours from the time of reservation. This 48-hour window includes weekends and holidays.

3. Item Holding Period

The reserved item will be held for a maximum of 5 days from the date of deposit. If no full payment is received within this period, the item will be automatically relisted, unless previously agreed that the item falls under our layaway plan.

4. Layaway Terms

If the reservation falls under our layaway category, the payment terms and timeline will be based on our prior agreement. No cancellations will be accepted once the layaway plan is confirmed.
