The bag, though preloved, is in an excellent condition-- one can be fooled it's brand new. The staff were so kind especially Ms. Rara who have been very accommodating and outright responsive to all my queries. It was a very smooth transaction. They were very sweet too to add chocolates to my purchase. Looking forward to purchase more luxury items from them!
